Dance and movement arts have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Eventually the dance world led me to the discovery of yoga around the age of 14 and I have been practicing ever since.
After graduating from college, I felt called to deepen my yoga practice. In 2018 I took off to India where I immersed myself in ashram life at Yoga Vidya Gurukul and completed my 250 hour yoga teacher training.
I was trained in traditional yoga with a focus on lifestyle influenced by Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Karma yoga, Bhakti yoga, and Jnana yoga. My current teaching style is predominantly traditional Hatha yoga.
Throughout my years of practice, I have gained self awareness and am able to connect more deeply with myself and with others. I intend to spread the teachings of this ancient practice in hopes to ignite the light and self-realization within others.
ECSTATIC DANCE
My main passion is movement through dance! My true playful essence comes out while in a crowd of people at a concert or music festival.
I then found Ecstatic Dance.
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey, held in a safe and sacred container, & facilitated by a DJ. It’s a place where we can be our unique selves, and also connected to a common source.

It is a mission of mine to travel and facilitate ceremony and Ecstatic Dance. I feel called to share the gift of music + movement because it has been such an integral part of my journey to self.
Movement is the medicine.
